A labiaplasty, which is a reconstructive procedure that is done to change the look of the labia minora and majora, increase sexual satisfaction, and give women the confidence they desire, is typically a same-day procedure that can be done easily with little downtime to allow you to get back to your daily life as soon as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When considering a labiaplasty, you may be wondering what the preparations are like, and what you can do to get yourself ready for the procedure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparing for a Labiaplasty Surgery<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The moment you begin considering a labiaplasty surgery with determination, or from when you make your appointment, it is time to start preparing for the procedure. Often you will be advised not to eat or drink after midnight on the night before. However, if you have medications you need to take, these can often be taken with a small sip of water. Ask the doctor for advice regarding medications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get some rest! The night before your procedure, get plenty of sleep.
