If you have considered having some work done on your “lady parts”, it’s not likely something you’ve discussed with friends over Sunday brunch. But these days, quite a few celebrities are very outspoken about their own experiences with or interest in vaginal rejuvenation, proving that this increasingly common procedure is nothing to be ashamed of.

Reality star Brandi Glanville, a 40-year old mother of two, underwent the procedure after her divorce. Khloe Kardashian, who, like her famous sisters is very transparent about all the intimate details of her life, noted in an interview last year that the sisters have all discussed the merits of “vaginal tightening” through rejuvenation. Another reality TV star who is not afraid to be candid is Cynthia Bailey from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Bailey reportedly underwent vaginal rejuvenation during a season 9 episode of the show. Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley, who has given birth four times, also opted to undergo vaginal rejuvenation while the cameras rolled.

Vaginal rejuvenation, also known as vaginoplasty, can help tighten a vagina that has become loose or slack due to childbirth and it can and it can be paired with other procedures to correct problems associated with pain during intercourse, urinary incontinence or excessive vaginal tightness. The procedure is done on an outpatient basis and requires no down time. Patients who have undergone vaginal rejuvenation report the following benefits:

• Better vaginal muscle tone and elasticity

• Enhanced arousal during sex and improved sexual satisfaction

• Decreased instances of urinary incontinence

If you or your partner are not happy with the shape and size of your vagina, or if you are not enjoying sex as much as you used to since having children, vaginal rejuvenation may be right for you. To learn more about this innovative procedure or to schedule your consultation with Dr. Ghozland, call us at (310) 393-9359 today.
